This is Travis’s seventh year at Invasion and the Head Director of Invasion VBC. Travis has coached at least 1 team to nationals every year with Invasion VBC. Highlights of his Invasion coaching stint have been: Taking the 17-Blue team to the USA division of Nationals in the 2015. Winning the Mideast Qualifier and taking 2nd at the Show Me Qualifier with the 15-Black team in 2016 season and taking 3rd at the MLK Qualifier and 2nd at the HOA Regional Championships with 18-Black in 2017 and 2021. 

Outside of Invasion, Travis spent 4 years as the student assistant of William Jewell College from 2009-2012 and the graduate assistant coach of Central Methodist University from 2013-2015.

Travis has an undergrad in Accounting and Applied Critical Thought and Inquiry from William Jewell College and a masters in Education and Athletic Administration from Central Methodist University. He has worked as an underwriting lead for MetLife insurance since 2015 along with his role with Invasion Volleyball Club. Travis and his fiance Chris get married May of 2022!

CJ has been coaching volleyball 17 years and has been with Invasion for the last 7 years.  She has coached age groups from 11s-18s during this time and has helped Invasion win the Lonestar qualifier and 3rd at Show Me with the 17 Black team in 2016, taking 3rd at MLK and 2nd in HOA regionals with the 18 Black team in 2017, taking 2nd at Regionals with the 17 Black team in 2018, and taking 3rd at Red Rock Rave in Las Vegas and 3rd at Show Me with with 18 White team in 2021. 

CJ attended William Woods University where she played volleyball for 2 years and then transferred to the University of Central Missouri and walked onto the track team for 1 year. She graduated in 2008 with a Bachelors in Physical Education and earned her Masters degree in 2015 from the University of Missouri in Educational Counseling and Psychology with an emphasis in Positive Coaching.

CJ has taught K-12 PE and Health for the past 14 years.  She spent 5 years at Archie High School and is currently the Head Volleyball Coach at Midway High School.  Between the 2 schools, CJ has 8 District titles, 3 quarter final appearances, and most recently a 3rd place finish at the Missouri Class 1 State Championships in 2020.

This is Katie's ninth year coaching and second season with Invasion.  At Invasion, Katie's 17 Blue team just won the Northern Lights Qualifier. Katie has coached at the club level, as a graduate assistant for Central Methodist University, and coached Shawnee Mission North's freshman team. 

Katie attended William Jewell College, where she played volleyball and majored in Communications and Business Administration. At William Jewell, she played as a libero and was a four-year starter and a Scholar-Athlete. She graduated from the UMKC's School of Business with a master's degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Marketing. Katie continues her education at the Kansas City Art Institute, towards a master's degree in Graphic Design.

Katie is the Marketing Coordinator for Community America Credit Union in Lenexa, Kansas. Katie loves spending time with her fiance, Michael, and their two pets Stella and Charlie.

Whitney began coaching for Invasion Volleyball Club back in 2007. After taking many successful teams to USAV Junior Nationals, she transitioned into an assistant coach role and accepted a position as the President of Board of Directors. Whitney graduated from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design before earning her MBA from Avila University in 2009. As a 4-year collegiate setter, Whitney broke 5 school records and was named as Setter of the Week as well as an Academic All-American.

Whitney and her husband, Stephen just welcomed their sweet little girl Vivienne in October of 2021 and have two boys, Brooks and Rhett. She looks forward to when they’re finally old enough to join the Invasion Volleytots program.
